Hi!
My sister saw this bird print at a thrift store and picked it up for me.
Unfortunately, the glass broke in transit but maybe that's a good thing because one of the birds in the print had a scary face - yikes!
So, out came the black paint. Then, I cut a piece of canvas to size, printed a sign and ironed it onto the canvas. Ta da!
This will be used in our master bedroom makeover.
Thanks for stopping by!
Very Cute !
ReplyDeletei love it! i assume you need special paper for printing iron-ons. do you have it printed by a company or do you print it yourself? i want to know your tips for doing this! thanks, tm
ReplyDeleteIt's really easy to do at home. I have an ink jet printer and just use iron-on transfer sheets. You set up whatever you want to print - in this case, I just used Word - and then before you print it you need to be sure that you select to print it as a mirror image. You have to do this or when you do the iron-on the image will be backwards. I did this on a t-shirt once :) Then you just follow the directions on the iron-on package.
ReplyDeletegreat! thanks for the info. can't wait to try it!!!
