So Simple, Yet So Meaningful

Hi,

Today I am sharing a very simple project.

We have two women in our office who have been fighting for their lives.

We are having "Show Your Colors" Days to show our love and support for them.

Kelly has leukemia and had a bone marrow transplant that was unsuccessful. Her fight is over, and she has returned home to spend her last days. Tomorrow, 88 fellow employees will wear green and a green ribbon. This is actually the color for leukemia and bone marrow transplants, but we are calling it "Kelly" green to put the focus on her and not her disease.

Lisa has breast cancer. She is still fighting. On Friday, we will all wear pink and pink ribbons in her honor.

Such a simple project, just some ribbons, pins and a glue gun. But, most likely one of the most rewarding I will ever work on.

Thanks for stopping by!
